Rotary cutter for fine cutting. Cuts fabric beautifully, with just the right amount of blade exposed, whether held upright, or at an angle. Safety cover adjustable for Left-hand or Right-hand usage.

When used with appropriate cutting mats, the rotary cutter will serve you well for a long time period. Dull rotary blade can be easily replaced by the refill which we have in stock too.
Caution:
- Be careful when handling the blade because it is extremely sharp.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- When cutting, be sure to place a cutting mat underneath the material.
- Be sure to keep the blade covered when you are not using the Rotary Cutter.
